We look forward to welcoming you and your guest to the NVP Hawaii Program on the beautiful Waikiki Beach on Oahu Hawaii! This site includes all the details you need to be prepared for the experience of a lifetime!

Sometimes called “The Gathering Place,” Oahu certainly lives up to its name. The third largest Hawaiian island is home to the majority of Hawaii’s diverse population, a fusion of East and West cultures rooted in the values and traditions of the Native Hawaiian people. You'll find plenty of different options for exploring Oahu's different regions, the island's many activities, its eclectic restaurants and accommodations.

Upgrade/Additional Options
Truvy has worked hard to bring these options to you for a low price that is protected in case of any changes due to COVID. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions at events@truvy.com
Options for Children
If you plan to bring your children, please note the following
· Children are unable to attend Truvy events including Welcome, Farewell, and Excursions
· Children must share a room with an adult over the age of 18
· Children’s package includes stay in parents’ room, round trip transfers with parents, and resort fee

Children Aged 5 – 17 - $279
Additional Guest Options
If you plan to bring an additional Guest (3rd or 4th guest outside of your 1 complimentary guest) please note the following
· Associates who did not qualify for the NVP Hawaii program are unable to attend as additional guests
· Additional Guests are unable to attend the Truvy Welcome & Farewell Events
· Additional Guests are able to participate in an excursion
· Maximum capacity in each hotel room is 4, with no exceptions. This will be strictly enforced due to COVID
· Additional Guest package includes stay in Qualifiers room, round trip transfers with Qualifier, Excursion, and resort fee
Additional Guests - $529 per person*
*Please remember that only 4 guests max will be allowed per room
Extended Stay Options
If you plan to stay a few extra days in Hawaii and want to stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village please keep the following in mind
· Truvy has a special rate that includes a severely discounted resort fee included in the cost. Be on the lookout and don’t forget to consider the resort fee’s as you are doing price comparisons, they can be up to $50 a DAY depending on the resort
· Truvy will cover your transfer if its on group arrival or group departure day, but if you choose to extend on both sides of the program you will need to find your transfers both way. Uber estimates are right around $30 currently.
· Your Extended Stay does not include transfers because it would be drastically cheaper for you to use Uber than what we could get a transfer for you

· Room capacities do not change except on the 2 Bedroom Suite you can have 6 Adults

SPIRIT ADVENTURE SAIL
Set sail on an expedition to Diamond Head while you take in the sights and delights of Oahu’s natural and city scenery. See marine wildlife in their natural environment and Waikiki Beach from a perspective you can only get at sea.
Includes:
· Bar snacks such as chips, mixed nuts and chex mix. Unlimited non-alcohol beverages
PARASAIL
A safe, fun and exhilarating activity for all ages. Enjoy the beautiful, spectacular views sailing high above the Maunala Bay. Standard parasail uses a 600-foot tow.
Includes:
· Round trip transfer. 20 minutes briefing. One hour on the water with a 8-10 minute parasail ride.
JETSKI
Ride state of the art wave runner style skis. All jet skiing is done in a protected riding area in beautiful Maunala Bay.
Includes:
· Round trip transfer. 10 minutes briefing. 30 minutes total riding time. Digital Media photo service available at additional cost.
BANANA BOAT TOUR
This is a wild ride so hang on. Don’t worry about falling off as you will get wet either on or off the boat.
Includes:
· Round trip transfer. Life vests, 20 minutes briefing, 15 minutes thrill ride.
MOVIE SITE TOUR
Experience Ka’a’awa Valley, known as Hollywood’s “Hawaii Backlot”, to see where over 50 of Hollywood’s biggest blockbuster movies and TV shows were filmed.
Hop aboard a vintage school bus and take a photo of at the infamous Jurassic Park fallen tree, find Godzilla’s footprints, see the Windtalkers battlegrounds and visit several other locations including the famous “penguin” road site from 50 First Dates, the road site from You Me & Dupree, the house structure from Mighty Joe Young, and numerous Hawaii Five-0 and Lost areas. Includes a lunch buffet
SHOPPING TOUR OF OAHU
Enjoy a beautiful day on the island with stops at Turtle Bay, Dole Plantation, and popular shopping locations for a shopping expereince worthy of paradise! The tour concludes with a stop at world famous Matsumoto's for shaved ice!

TRAVEL QUESTIONS
What precautions are being taken with regards to COVID?
Truvy events are always held with strict adherence to local and federal guidelines. A “Know before you Go” will be send out shortly before the event with details specific to the program, but as general guidelines please plan on social distancing, proper sanitation, and wearing a mask in public places.
Do I need a COVID test before entering Hawaii?
Currently there is a mandatory testing requirement to enter Hawaii. You must show proof of a negative test upon landing into HNL. After registration and as the trip approaches you will receive more details regarding testing and travel requirements
Do I need a passport?
If you are a US Citizen, you do not need a passport to travel to Hawaii. Citizens of other countries outside of the US will require a passport. Please review the passport requirements to ensure your passport is current and acceptable upon arrival into Hawaii.
What Airport do I fly in to?
We suggest flying into Honolulu International Airport in Honolulu (HNL). Transfers will be coordinated from HNL to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and back again.
What is a Transfer/How do I get to the resort from the Airport?
“Transfers” refer to how you are getting from the airport to the hotel, and back again at the conclusion of the program. Your Transfers are covered by Truvy as a part of your package as long as you are arriving and departing on the main program dates of April 7th and April 11th, AND if you submit your flight details prior to March 25th.
If you are buying in/extending your trip, the additional transfer fees are included your package price.
Is the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort an All-Inclusive Resort?
The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is not an all-inclusive resort. This means that Truvy will be covering your hotel nights, and the food and beverages consumed during the welcome and farewell events. Truvy is also covering the group excursion costs. All other costs will be the responsibility of the attendee. Please note that the location of the resort is in the heart of the Waikiki district and surrounded by all sorts of food and entertainment options that fit a variety of budgets.
Why do I have to provide a Debit/Credit card at check in if Truvy is paying for my package?
Its standard practice for hotels/resorts to collect a debit or credit card for “incidental” costs. Incidental costs are costs that are not included in the standard rate but could be added including onsite purchases including food, beverages, activities, or damage done to the property. Credit card users will see a hold on their card dependent on the number of nights they are staying at the resort, which is released upon check out if no purchases were made or damage done. Debit card users will also see a hold on funds, and its traditionally more than a credit card user. We highly recommend using a credit card as your on-file card for incidentals. Rest assured, Truvy has covered your lodging costs and you will not be charged for those onsite.
What if my flight comes in before the guaranteed Check In time at the hotel?
Check in is guaranteed after 3 pm. If you arrive to the resort prior to this time, the staff will do everything possible to get you into a room if available. If a room is not yet available, you will be able leave your bags with the bell staff and take full advantage of all the resort amenities. When your room is ready you will be notified, and your bags will be delivered.
